Cancellation of sessions or missed appointments

Amanda understands that emergencies may arise. However, cancellations must be made in writing at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged the entire fee. At the time of your Reading, if you have not successfully called in, Amanda will use her best efforts to reach you and will be present on Zoom or the chosen method of communication. If unable to connect with you within 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered cancelled and not subject to refund. Out of respect for your time, Amanda's time, as well as the time of other clients, this rule will be strictly enforced.

 

Refunds 

If, after the first session, you feel that the vibration or information is not aligned with your spiritual journey, Amanda is happy to refund the full amount you have paid. We will honor all sessions pre paid in advance up to 6 months. It is the responsibility of the client to book a suitable appointment time and we will do our best to fulfill this.

All sessions are confidential; however, Amanda may ask permission to use the experience in workshops or publications to help others. All identities are anonymous. Ultimately, sharing your experiences is entirely up to you. Any data collected will not be shared with third parties without your prior consent.

Working with one another is for our highest purpose and wellbeing. This calls for you and Amanda to observe the pace and level of work which supports both of you. Sometimes the universe creates a situation where the energy needs to shift or new information in your life needs to surface for you. Amanda promises that this work is always gentle and from the heart. 

 

When working together to bring a balance to your knowledge, wisdom and soul journey, you and Amanda can trust and share these gifts provided by the universe. Amanda is not responsible for what you do with the information that is given to you. This is up to you to weigh and measure carefully, and all action that you take following an interaction with her is your sole responsibility.

 

Please exercise discernment at all times and seek appropriate professional help if you need medical, legal or pregnancy advice, as Amanda cannot comment on these matters. Amanda asks that you are an active participant in your own healing and life progress. This is your full responsibility, and practitioners found on this website can help and support this process, but ultimately this is up to you and your journey in life.

SACRED JOURNEYS

Amanda Romania is not a tour guide or tour company. Amanda Romania is a spiritual guide and mentor. You are responsible for your own travel before and after the Sacred Journey dates and for timely arrival. Amanda Romania and affiliates are not responsible for cancellations, visas, medical costs or travel insurance. Registration and waiver forms are supplied for each journey  and include cancellation policies and dates for your specific journey. You are welcome to book your travel through an agency to ensure smooth travel, connections, arrival, departure and visa requirements for your destination. Checking with Consulates is also recommended for any regulation changes, or travel advisories specific to your country of origin.

We recommend that all participants obtain International Travel Insurance. International Travel Insurance offers insurance for trip cost, trip cancellation & interruption, and pays for loss due to unforeseen circumstance, death, injury, or illness to you or a member of your family. Flights and entry visas are your responsibility. We will assist where possible on entry however you are responsible for getting to the Journey start point and we are not responsible for any flight changes or cancellations that delay your arrival.
